Mr. Pavel Năstase, President of the National Institute of Administration (INA) attended the meeting of Directors of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration (DISPA) which took place on the 14-16^th of November 2017 in Tallinn, Estonia. The meeting was organized by the Ministry of Finance on behalf of Estonian Presidency 2017.

The purpose of DISPA is to exchange ideas and experiences and develop joint activities and tools which can contribute to greater efficiency and better problem solving in the public sectors in member countries.

In the context of Romanian Presidency 2019, participating at DISPA meeting was a good opportunity to promote INA and to reconnect with the other similar training institutes.
