The National Institute of Administration is preparing the online Offer of professional training programmes, with free access for the personnel of the central and local public administration. The Offer will be launched in May 2020. Developing the appropriate skills for training in the digital environment is an essential step in implementing quality online training programmes focused on the needs of the INA beneficiaries.
In this context, between the 23rd and 30th of April 2020, the Institute organises the online programme “Training of trainers – The use of new online learning technologies”, attended by trainers who will support the online training programs offered by INA and also by the coordinators of these online programmes. The programme consists of 18 hours of training, of which 6 hours in synchronous mode and 12 hours in asynchronous mode. After completing the programme each participant will receive a certificate of completion which certifies the skills acquired.
The addressed topics are:
- Moodle for collaborative learning: overview.
- Management of programme and participants on the Moodle platform.
- Platform communication tools.
- Uploading the learning resources.
- Carrying out activities in synchronous mode on the training.ina.gov.ro platform (video and audio).
- Conducting and uploading lessons, exercises and case studies.
- Designing and uploading the evaluation tests.
- Configuring the scoring methods and analysing the results.
