The National Institute of Administration (INA), subordinated to the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, conducts and implements the analysis of identifying training needs in the Romanian public administration.

The working methodology for conducting the analysis consists in applying an online questionnaire on the identification of training needs, which is applied at national level and is addressed to personnel of public authorities and institutions within the central and local public administration.

Through this initiative, INA aims to provide professional training programs in an innovative way, which meets current training needs and actively contributes to the development of skills required for a modern and efficient public administration. The purpose of this analysis is to obtain results that will materialize in the Offer of professional training programs of the National Institute of Administration for 2021.
