On December 21, 2020, The National Institute of Administration (INA) organized a working group meeting with the trainers and the management team of the INA project with the view of presenting the results of the Offer of online professional training programs (PPP online) for 2020.
The 22 trainers lectured 66 online training programs, consisted in 536 hours of webinars, 268 self-learning resource made available to the 1252 participants and 4669 practical applications for evaluation.
91% of the participants appreciated the trainer’s activity in supporting the webinars as being very good, 83% of them consider that the training materials are very useful, and 89% evaluated the management of practical applications as a very relevant process.
The topics discussed included, as well, aspects of the programs structure with an accent on: increasing the degree of interactivity, the ratio of synchronous and asynchronous hours, the optimal duration of webinars, the appropriate sizing of groups and the evaluation process.
The president of INA, Mr. Liviu Bostan, stated that “the good practices and procedures developed in this project will be integrated in the preparation of the Training Offer for 2021 and in the implementation of the projects with external financing. Also, strengthening a professional group of trainers, prepared to create an interactive digital content and lecture it, is an institutional priority. Thank you to the trainers for the essential contribution to the success of the project, which has become a reference point for online training in public administration!”
