The National Institute of Administration (INA) and the French National School of Administration (ENA), with the support of the French Embassy in Bucharest, organized on February 4, 2021, an online working meeting, attended by INA and ENA trainers involved in teaching online training programs.
The participants had the opportunity to exchange useful experience with French trainers, the aim being to strengthen the skills needed for online training and to discuss the components that can maximize the benefits of online training courses.
The meeting was interactive and took the form of a Q&A session. The main issues around which the discussions were animated were those related to the ways in which the participants in the online training programs can be motivated, in such a way as to make up for the lack of direct contact between trainers and students. Innovative online training tools were also presented and it was discussed the way to create interactive materials that combine individual study with common course activities.
Today’s meeting is part of a series of fruitful debates on joint projects, between the two institutions, INA and ENA. It represents an example of good practice as regards the use of innovative online training tools in public administration.
