Between January 25-29, 2021, the online program “Training Engineering” was organized by the Romanian National Institute of Administration and the French National School of Administration (ENA), with the support of the French Embassy in Bucharest. The module was addressed to INA training coordinators involved in delivering online training programs.
The 30 participants had the opportunity to exchange useful experience with French trainers, the aim being to strengthen their skills needed for online training.
The program included over 11 hours of training (8 hours synchronous mode and 3 hours asynchronous mode), lectured by ENA representatives. Among the addressed topics were: training needs analysis, conducting an interview with the organization or the group requesting the training, designing training specifications, designing a training scheme, choosing the most appropriate online evaluation methods.
During the webinars a particular emphasis was placed on the use of innovative online training tools at the level of public administration, as well as on the practical exercises aimed to help explore the digital ways applicable in e-learning.
The program strengthened the fruitful collaboration between the two institutions, INA and ENA, and created the premises for future joint projects.
