The French Embassy grants French government scholarships to Romanian civil servants from the central or local administration who wish to follow training courses at the National School of Administration in Paris (ENA).
International short-term programs (PIC) are intensive training sessions lasting between four and ten days, organized in Paris. The courses, taught in French or English, are addressed to civil servants and high-ranking civil servants who want to improve their knowledge on topics related to public administration or governance. At the same time, the objective of these thematic and specialized trainings is to confront the experiences of the participants and to benefit from a comparative perspective of the French, European and international visions.
For 2021, scholarships are proposed for the following programs: management in public administration; environment protection; negotiation within and with the European Union; public administration reform; the trajectory of a European norm: from genesis to litigation, ethics, integrity and corruption prevention; the new governance of the territories.
Given the current health context, the programs will be proposed online during the first half of 2021 and in physical format in the second half of the year, subject to changes in the health situation. The procedure will be specified exactly on the ENA website approximately two months before the start of the programs.
The deadline for submitting applications is March 28, 2021.
Detailed information about the organization of the programs, the conditions of participation, the selection procedure are available in the call for applications.
