Today INA hosted the leadership handover ceremony, between Mr. Pavel NĂSTASE and Mr. Liviu BOSTAN, as Mr. Liviu BOSTAN was appointed president of INA, with the rank of secretary of state, by the decision of prime minister Ludovic ORBAN.
At the event, the Ministry of Public Works, Development and Administration was represented by the secretary of state Cătălin IAPĂ and deputy secretary general Marius-Mihai VASILIU, who appreciated the activity carried out by the former president, Pavel NĂSTASE, and the way he applied within the institution the strategic directions of the Romanian Government, in terms of professionalisation the central and local public administration personnel, by introducing digitisation in INA’s activities as well as adapting training to the conditions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
At the same time, the MLPDA representatives wished success to the new president Liviu BOSTAN in leading INA, emphasising that he has extensive experience in the public sector and shares the view of improving the way public administration meets citizens’ requirements, continuous training and proper evaluation of human resources within the public system being solutions in this regard.
