Project title: Project on the implementation of the Training Plan for the year 2019 within the Initiative Francophone d’Etablissement 2019-2022
Partners: The project is co-financed by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), and the partners of the National Institute of Administration for the implementation of the activities are: the French Institute in Bucharest and the Institute for European Studies (IEE, Belgium).
Budget: 31.550 EURO
Implementation period: July-November 2019
Overall objective of the project: strengthening the French language and professional competences in the field of international relations carried out by civil servants and diplomats participating in international meetings and negotiations.
Activities:
- French courses applied in the field of international relations, carried out by the French Institute in Bucharest – collective courses (30 hours of training) and individual courses (20 hours of training);
- technical workshops on topics in the field of European affairs, organised with the support of the Belgium’s French-speaking Community and the Walloon Region of Bucharest and held by experts from the Institute for European Studies (IEE, Belgium). For the year 2019, 2 workshops are included: The multiannual financial framework of the European Union and the institutional organisation of the European Union;
- training session for trainers;
- the annual conference of the technical coordinators, representatives of the international institutions whose projects are financed by the OIF.
