EIPA

The European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), established in 1981 in Maastricht (Netherlands), offers learning and development programs, technical assistance, and comparative research to develop the capabilities of public officials in managing European affairs. EIPA has its headquarters in Maastricht and an office in Luxembourg. Annually, more than 10,000 public officials from EU institutions, bodies, and agencies, as well as from national public administrations, participate in the Institute's activities, resulting in a total of over 15,000 days of activities per year. The Institute is supported by the EU member states, as well as by the European Commission, through the Erasmus+ program.

IASIA

The International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) is an association of organizations and individuals whose activities and interests focus on management in public administration, with an emphasis on human resources development. Currently, IASIA affiliates include over 183 institutions from 72 countries, as well as regional and international organizations.

EGPA

The European Group for Public Administration (EGPA) is a regional group of institutes in the field of administrative sciences whose aim is to strengthen contacts and exchanges between European specialists in public administration.

INA joined EGPA and IASIA in order to develop international relations with similar organizations/institutions from abroad in the field of public administration.

DISPA

Starting from the second semester of 2017, the National Institute of Administration participates in the meetings of Directors of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration – DISPA, organized in the context of the presidencies of the Council of the European Union. These events bring together the leaders of institutes and schools of public administration from EU member states and non-EU countries, facilitating the exchange of ideas and best practices among the participating organizations.

OIF

The National Institute of Administration coordinates the Initiative Francophone d’Etablissement, a project co-financed by the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF). Cooperation includes collective courses and individual courses in French language in international relations, as well as technical seminars in French on topics of interest in the field of European affairs. The partners of INA in implementing the activities are: the French Institute in Bucharest and the Institute for European Studies (IEE, Belgium). The objective of the project is to strengthen the linguistic and professional skills in French language in the field of international relations of public officials and diplomats participating in international meetings and negotiations.
